WoodWorks! has prepared a comprehensive case study on the successful use of wood construction in the Thunder Bay District Social Services and Administration Board building. The project is classified as Group D, Office and Personal Services, WoodWorks! says.
The award winning timber structure is three stories high, accessible from three streets, and has a gross area of 5,092 square metres.
