Digital technology firm SoilFLO has announced it will host a virtual event for operators of soil reuse and recycling facilities focusing on how digital tracking can streamline compliance, operations, and financial management.
The online session, titled “Operating a High-Performance Soil Reuse and Recycling Facility,” is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. EDT.
The event aims to address the complexities of the industry, where managing environmental controls and material movement can be challenging. The session will explore solutions for the lack of visibility that often occurs when a facility’s operational and environmental systems are disconnected.
“Running a facility is heavy work—complying with environmental controls, managing material movement, and keeping teams aligned can get complicated quickly,” organizers said on the event page. “Additionally, many environmental teams struggle with a lack of visibility when operations and environmental systems are disconnected.”
This session will explore how SoilFLO helps soil reuse and recycling facilities bring everything together with digital soil tracking.
Discussions will demonstrate how facilities can use digital soil tracking to:
- Provide environmental teams with real-time visibility into every load.
- Maintain a complete chain of custody from source to receiving sites.
- Simplify compliance procedures for contaminated and hazardous materials.
- Eliminate manual reconciliation of tickets and spreadsheets.
- Reduce administrative time while protecting profit margins.
SoilFLO software helps construction and environmental teams save time and reduce costs on tracking, record-keeping, and compliance.
The event will be hosted by SoilFLO’s Product Manager, Caroline Serjeant, and Head of Market Expansion, Maggie Little. They will be joined by industry speakers Chad vanHorsigh, Earthworks Logistics Manager for Condrain, and Karim Hosny, Founder and President of XS Soil Solutions.
